Just last night we picked up a legendary car: a 1989 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R-32)! The first generation of the race car that claimed so many championship titles back in the early 90s. We immediately picked it up from an owner who hadn’t driven it in over 4 years and wanted to get rid of it.

The parts in the car are all original, except the tires. They’re in bad shape, so they’re going to be changed. The odometer only has 36,000 kilometers (23,000 miles) on the dial. We gave the car a quick wash today so it looks a lot better than when we picked it up. We’re gonna continue cleaning it and do some much needed maintenance on the engine in preparation to sell it.

Now that the 1989 Skyline GT-R has turned 25 years old, it’s considered a classic car by American law and able to be exported there hassle-free with no need to worry about the emission regulations legislated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It’s no secret that the Skyline GT-R is a car highly sought among Japanese sports car enthusiasts. We intend to supply that demand with only the highest quality vehicles. Enjoy the pictures!
